At Go Click Mall, we strive to provide the best customer experience. Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in the USA. We only ship within the USA (lower 48 only).
All our products are shipped within 2-4 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Orders can be expected to arrive within 5 – 8 business days from the order date.
Our products are delivered directly from the factory. Because of this, we have no expensive storage costs and that is reflected in the price! Due to the high order volume and the impact of the epidemic situation all products that you buy from us may take a longer time.
If it happens that the delivery time of your order threatens to become longer, we will contact you immediately to inform you about the situation. If you have any questions about your ordered product, please contact us!

When you order products from multiple categories, it may happen that your order will be delivered to your home with partial delivery. Due to the fact that we deliver direct from the factory, our products are delivered by multiple carriers. This means that different carriers come to deliver a part of the order at multiple delivery times. You will receive an email in advance when your order is shipped from the factory. You will then receive an e-mail update from the carrier with the expected delivery time and possibly track and trace code.
